Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is about balancing the body and mind. ‘Ha’ representing the sun and ‘tha’ the moon. This Yoga practice aims to join or balance these two energies. Movements are slow and controlled with focus on correct alignment. Expect a variety of different Yoga postures, Breathwork and Meditation.

It’s time to slow down.
Target the deepest connective tissues in your body (joints, ligaments, tendons, fascia) with longer held floor poses. Enjoy a relaxing yoga class with meditation to close your practice.
