Our Classes

Pilates Classes
Pilates promotes flexibility and strength of all major muscles groups in your body. Each class has a key focus on your deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Improving your posture, balance and body awareness.

Yoga Classes
Yoga is about balancing your body and your mind. Each class begins with a physical practice where you will learn Asana (postures), followed by Breathwork techniques with a relaxing meditation to finish.

Mobility Classes
A first of it's kind in Ireland - Our Recovery classes combine elements of Breathwork, Yoga, Pilates and Soft Tissue Release techniques. Recover better and reduce your risk of injuries, inside and outside of the gym.

Reformer Pilates Classes
Start your Reformer Pilates journey with us today.
We offer small group (max 6) Reformer Pilates classes along with Clinical Rehabilitation (1-2-1) Reformer sessions.
