Pilates (Mixed Level)

A fusion between the teachings of Joseph Pilates and contemporary research influenced by Physical Therapy. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Improving posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

 

Level: Mixed

Time: 50 Minutes 

Primary Pilates

This class is suitable for someone starting their Pilates journey or coming back after a long break or injury. We start every class with our lateral breathing techniques and Pre Pilates exercises to reinforce correct positions of the spine, ribs-hip connection and pelvis. 

 

Level: Beginner

Time: 50 Minutes 

Power Pilates

Enhance your Pilates practice using prop such as Pilates Balls, Therabands, Loop Bands, Magic Circle and Dumbbells while discovering some of the more challenging Pilates exercises. 

 

Level: Intermediate

Time: 50 Minutes
