Pilates

A fusion between the teachings of Joseph Pilates and contemporary research influenced by Physical Therapy. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Improving posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

 

Level: Mixed

Time: 50 Minutes 

Primary Pilates

This class is suitable for someone starting their Pilates journey or coming back after a long break or injury. We start every class with our lateral breathing techniques and Pre Pilates exercises to reinforce correct positions of the spine, ribs-hip connection and pelvis. 

 

Level: Beginner

Time: 50 Minutes 

Power Pilates

Enhance your Pilates practice using prop such as Pilates Balls, Therabands, Loop Bands, Magic Circle, Dumbbells and Kettlebells. All while discovering some of the more challenging Pilates exercises. 

 

Level: Intermediate

Time: 50 Minutes
